Maybe your Firewall is blocking the access of the App? Dont know. Working fine here and for everyone else so something on your PC is blocking something...
Hello, why doesn't the mvl application work with F1 23? With ACC and AMS2 it works for me, any solution? I have the latest drivers installed on my fanatec csl dd steering wheel Mclaren Gt3V2
F1 23 is fully supported (as long as you do not have FanaLab running as TrayApp does not support port forwarding which would be needed to be able to have both the App and the Lab running in parallel).
I am referring to the Fanatec iPhone app, I do not receive the data from F1 23 but from ACC and AMS2, I am not running Fanalab, it must be some configuration within the game in F1 23 telemetry
Thank you very much, it already works for me! And if it's not too much trouble, for the CSL DD 5nm are fanatec's recommended settings for F1 23 currently correct or are there any updated in 2024? thank you very much for your attention
Really? You want me to type ALL that info onto this report as well? I just want to report that, as always, I am unable to submit a ticket for warranty repair on my android. As before this beta rollout, attempting to submit a ticket results in a message stating that the subject and message fields must be completed to submit ticket despite both fields being very obviously completed remarks. I'm soooo tired of being disconnected from my races... about to give up on you guys.
Yes I did and frankly, I am tired of being the one who has to jump thru all these hoops, learn new tech, and wade thru mountains of drivel just to get help. I've tried all that. I've tried being patient. I'm tired of being called a Fanaboy for my loyalty to them in public forums. I am sick and tired of Fanatec altogether and I hope it shatters into worthless shards in bankruptcy. No company I know deserves it more. Hear me Fanatec? Hear what I'm saying Maurice? Fanatec has proven to me they are a nothing more than a criminal organization intended to defraud the sim racing community. Piss off!
Is there some way to perform a test of the Fanatec App without being in a gaming session? Perhaps there could be a test tab created in Fanalab for this? I would like to know that the app is properly connected to my network first, before trying to launch it in a game, and then have to back out of the game for troubleshooting.
I installed the app from Google, installed the latest Fanalab firmware, followed the instructions on installing the app and connecting it to my PC. I already had Firmware 455 installed, so I had to get my machine's IP by looking it up in the network settings. But no title I tried running got the ITM working. If I had hair, I'd be pulling it out.
And I also would like a simple connection between my PC and what ever phone/tablet I intend on using. That way I am not dealing with my network, I get the info straight from the game.
I assume the TrayApp is either in Driver 455 or the Fanatec App on the forum page. I am going to do both, right now. I'm going to remove and replace 455 and the Fanatec app. Any issues I'll take them to the support thread in the Fanatec App's forum page.
I didn't realize this was already in the App support forum.
No luck in getting ITM to work while playing any game. I don't see the Tray App, even though I definitely selected it when I reinstalled firmware 455. I am about to do a restart since the app is supposed to be automatic, but here is where my problem lies with the app if it only starts from shutdown. I hardly ever shut my PC down. 90% of the time I use sleep or hibernate. I don't shut down unless I am changing components or doing trouble shooting. The tray app needs a manual launch method.

Thanks! But also with ACC I get this message when trying to connect the app: No "Tuning Menu Control" compatible device detected.

Does this work with the 456 drivers, or only 455 (link sends me to the 455 drivers)?

Screenshot of the in game telemetry would certainly help.
d-box activated
led lsi pro disabled
udp telemetry activated
udp relay mode disabled
udp ip address 127.0.0.1
udp port 20777
udp 60hz sending rate
udp 2023 format
your telemetry restricted
Its the UDP port, needs to be set to 20888.

High Maurice
For iRacing , when i play with the app , the value " TC" and "ABS" and "MAP"in the first page of "ITM" does not display ?
The value "BIAS" works well.
Thank you
Please have a look at the official telemetry support list which comes with every driver package.
iRacing does not output these values in their telemetry API, so they are not possible to show in the ITM, hence not supported intentionally.
Thank you Maurice,
but where is the official telemetry support list ?
Can be opened by right-clicking on the TrayApp icon -> Fanatec App -> Open ITM data/game support list
Ok Thank you Maurice.

did you load the page in desktop mode? some pages can cause problems, but they usually work in desktop mode

App has nothing to do with FanaLab, you need to install the TrayApp with the driver, not with the Lab.

The TrayApp already has a manual launch method since half a year with the initial release of beta driver 456 and 457.
Correct, 457 was pulled. You need to wait for the 46X driver to be released soon.
Thank You... Back to Monk like patience for me then. LOL.
My last post got clipped or deleted behind a punctuation edit on my end. There's no Forza game that supports the ITM feature yet?
The new Forza Motorsport supports the ITM with either newest FanaLab or newest TrayApp.
