Hi Marcel
I am looking to upgrade from v1.69.2. Will this new version accept my profiles or will I need to recreate them?
Thanks in advance
@everyone
As we finally released a new FanaLab version, here is my latest profile pack for P DD2 and CS DD!
Changelog:
The profiles are only compatible with FanaLab V2.01.32 or newer and are incompatible with older Lab versions.
As always: Hope you like and have fun with them :)
Old profiles will get converted to get compatible with the new version automatically.
Fanalab crashes when tyring to switch to Automobilista 2 profiles
When you report crashes please ALWAYS upload the log files from FanaLab, otherwise crashes are impossible to analyze.
However, I think I found the bugger in the ProfileCarsList_AMS2 file.
Please try with this one:
In the new fanalab version the lmu cars do not load automatic when you switch to anothjer car in the game
I have installed fanalab then i replaced the new carlist from the new profiles what goes wrong?
Idk, working fine for me.
Please delete the ProfileCarsList and bind the cars manually on your own then.
for me it does not work what should i do i deleted the carlist from lmu and copy?paste the new one what are the correct steps to do it ? please help
As I wrote, delete the ProfileCarsList, do NOT copy-paste anything from me but bind the cars to the profile manually on your own. It's easy and takes just 2 minutes.
oke can you please tell me the steps? and the automatic loading works only with the 2023 season not with 2024
And I do not get it in the readme file says copy the new carslist in fanalab xml this is what i do and i does not work
To bind the profiles to the respective car for an automatic CDALP loading, just copy/paste the content of the the included ProfileCarsList_LMU.xml file into into the already existing ProfileCarsList_LMU.xml file located in the folder C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Fanatec\FanaLab\xml.
Dont know where but somewhere you make some error during the process so please bin the new profiles to the new cars manually on your own!
Delete the ProfileCarsList, open Lab, click the car icon in the profile Tab page, select the car, select the profile, click bind car to profile, repeat for all the cars, done.
Does it possible to bind hotkey for setup the FFB setting, Sen ... directly with my stream deck or a button on the wheel ?
it would be awesome because when we get podium hub and other wheel it impossible to access the tuning menu in game.
Like always thank you very much and keep doing what you are doing much appreciated over here!
No this is not possible AFAIK, however this would also not be a FanaLab related thing..
It works now. Thank you
Hey Maurice, can you say what exactly you changed at the FFB in LMU? Thanks
Some bits here and there... :D
No. I did not added anything for the new F2 cars because every F2 car uses a different RPM pattern and it's a pain in the a** to get the correct RPM values for which I have no time atm.
Ok, the LMP2 somehow doesn't feel as good as before. But I'll get used to it. Thanks for your work.
AMS2 is causing a lot of problems on my system: I deleted all previous profiles within Fanalab and re-imported them again from your files. I also copied the two settings files to the local files folder (as always).
As soon as I change to the AMS2 section wothin Fanalab it crashes immediately. Also when I launch the game and Fanalab navigates to the AMS2 section Fanalab crashes.
Is there a way to bring this to work again, e.g. with the old profiles? This is a little bit frustrating because AMS2 is my favorite game right now?
Thank you in advance
...ah, I found out that when copying to files from your previous profiles it works. Included in your profiles there is a new ProfileCarsList_AMS2.xml file which seems to cause the problem?
Yes, you need to use this one:

Thank you very much, I'v overseen this one. Now it's working again and by the way: your custom profile is excellent (imho) :-)
Thanks Maurice for your work. You are the only reason why i didn’t upgrade to Simucube yet. I really dont want to deal with base settings, etc…
Thanks Maurice
こんにちは。FanaLabのR3EをCS DD+で実行してゲームをプレイすると、rev LEDが点灯します
ゲーム側とリム側が一致しません。これを修正する方法があれば、私に知らせてください。
Hello. When I run FanaLab's R3E with CS DD+ and play a game, the rev LED lights up.
The game side and the rim side don't match. If there's a way to fix this, please let me know.
Sure, you need to adjust the RPM values or % for each LED on your own to match. It cant be done magically automatically...
