Yes me to they need to let us know what’s happening, like we already said it’s not a problem when it’s delayed I understand that it can happen but please let us know what’s going on!

that is endors/fanatecs logistic company,I did a call with them and they told me they dont have any probs with Scamatecs shipping process, so is Scamatec lying?!?

group7 are a shipping partner, and there is no question group 7 have been royally making a mess of things. I mean, who dosent label a box correctly when your only job is to ship product. Fanatec should bring it in-house, or sell via Amazon like others do.
and god, why is the outer box like six times bigger than the box inside.
I understand, but I believe that in this case, it's simply Fanatec's fault. They didn't deliver on the dates they promised twice in a row, they don't provide information, and even knowing that people have spent thousands of euros. I don't understand how things can be done so poorly.
Patience is all we have left. I don't mind waiting, what doesn't seem reasonable to me is that they delayed the availability date, and once the second given date has passed, we don't hear anything.
I agree, if the info provided was accurate or shared then I wouldn't be so frustrated with Fanatec. I know it's just sim gear, but checking in to your account to see what the status of your order and then checking for the forums for info is just not a good thing overall. I'm still chasing info for my November 20th order and if they would provide honest and accurate info even if they have delays that would be helpful. If I didn't really want the PS5 compatibility I would have gone with something else already. But since I do, I'm kinda stuck here waiting on products I already paid for and not knowing when it might get to me.
I think that's precisely the key. These are products we've already paid for, and it's logical to expect that since we've spent thousands of euros, waiting for the product to arrive sooner or later, the least they could do is provide clear information about what's happening. If you can't provide guarantees, follow Amazon's example—don't charge until you ship. I'm not a first-time buyer of Fanatec products. I like their hardware, the brand, compatibility, and the various options they offer, but this situation has reached a point that makes me think.
True…I work at customer care for a big insurance company and there are also unexpected situations and most important part is to keep your clients updated…if you so you’ll have happy clients and reputation

Fanatec sent us an email sharing that the Pre-Orders for the DD+ was going to be delayed and that they would then air freight the items to their distribution centers for shipment to us by the end if the year if possible. I don't know why they can't just do another email advising us a status to our orders. I know I haven't been waiting as long as some of you, but the totality of the situation for me is adding to my frustration as I have my other order sitting for the last 30 days plus "order in process" status with the availability date of the QR2 bouncing around and then passing with no changes to my status or dates.
It really can't be that hard to share that you are still behind and to give an idea of when we might expect deliveries/shipments. Afterall, they ship to Europe from one location and the US from another. If Asian or Australian orders could share where there items ship from then I would know where there stocks come from so when I see progress from them I know if it impacts me or not. If they had lots of distribution centers I can see how it maybe more difficult to track that info and relay that to customers but they don't so it's head scratching to understand why there is no updated info for the black friday purchases or the pre-orders for the DD+.
not completly true i pre ordered november 14th and even got no email but my friend ordered 20th of november and he got an email so even that is not really alid ill wait anyway its my first wheelbase and i already bought all the other stuff and has arrives in oktober already so its just my wheelbase i am waiting for :(
That not only PS capability, fanatec have good support of all teaching game, you don't need find any manual to setup it in Richard Burns rally or something similar.
Second - is ecosystem. Gt3 mcLaren whell, BMW GT2, V3 pedals - equal quality for Simucube cost more.
I will wait DD+, now I have csl DD (8nm) upgraded to QR2. QR2 really change all, it solves all issue that I hate in fanatec and now I'm not sure why I need DD+ :)

Also wanne say i need both xbox and ps5 support and fanatec is the only one that provides both so i am waiting now to start racing with my first wheelbase but pff losing hope also dident even get a mail about the delay they send out 18th of december
Here https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/29438/2024-clubsport-dd/p1 they comment that Fanatec seems to have started shipping. There is a way to check it, which they explain on the first page. For example, I am from the EU, so the delivery is with UPS, but I was not lucky. In my case, there is nothing left to do but wait

If nobody has there order handed over to warehouse today then it’s game over for 2023.
maybe some influencers might get a dd+ rushed out but us mere mortals will have to wait.
Did you get the email from fanatec informing you of the dd+ shipping situation.
if yes, your likely in the first batch of pre orders, if no, then the wait might be longer.

I did call aswell today and they didn’t answer the hotline is it’s only available between 2 pm and 4 pm Germany time.

Moi commande depuis le 20 octobre et toujours aucune info aussi .
par contre ma commande du pack rally et volant sparco avec palette plus qr2 pro qui est du 15 novembre je l’ai bien reçu début novembre.
je pense que pour les DD+ ont aura début voir mi janvier .
