Help! Credit card charged twice

Hello;
I placed an order for a fanatec podium ps4 yesterday 01 June 2019.
When I placed the order, I recieved a message stating under review by the fraud department.
As well, I received no acknowledgement of the order from fanatec.
Tbinking that I made a mistake on my order entry, I tried it again.
I
have now checked my credit card and it has been charged twice. I need
some confirmation that you have actually received my order and to cancel
one of them. I cannot get any response via email from fanatec, and
therefore at a loss to do next.
Is there a fanatec employee who can assist me?
