Driver 142 released

We are happy to release a new driver version 142 for all Fanatec wheels.
We fixed several small bugs and improved wheel detection and and registry cleanup.
Please uninstall your previous driver and reboot the PC after installation of 142.
This time we do not release it as beta version and it is safe to install it.
