Hi My DD! stop working . Please I need help Im sure is a SW issue.

The display shows the FANATC world as always, during the reboot, after reboot the display goes to black and the shaft is not moving. The Fanatec control panel don't show the wheel base nether the wheel. 

I already tray different divers and different USB ports.  no help
