Shift lights not working Help pls!!

Hi guys, I am really struggling with getting my shift light LED working on f1 2024 with my Fanatec clubsport v2.5 wheel. It’s paired with a fanatec CSL Elite wheel base.

The problem I am having is that I’m using Xbox to play the game. However I have a windows laptop to use fanalab. when I try to turn on telemetry in fanalab it says “config file setup failed! (XML error: could not find a part of the path ‘C:\users\administrator\Documents\my games\f1 24\hardwaresettings\hardware_settings_config.xml’.)

so my question is, is it even somehow possible to have shift lights working while playing on a Xbox, and if so how do I activate them.

i have downloaded the Xbox game f124 on the windows laptop thinking I could set the game profile and it would apply to the wheel and therefore allow the wheel to read the telem from the Xbox game and therefore work.

I’ve been trying to make this work for over 2 full days. I really hope you can help!!!

    On Xbox the LEDs are currently not supported.

    FanaLab is a PC exclusive Software and not working with consoles.
