DD2 calibration issue

I lost the FFB the day before yesterday in Le Mans Ultimate with my DD2 when changing from standing in the pits to pressing drive. After I restarted the base, I noticed that the base only turns to the right when calibrating, but no longer back to the center position as usual. The FFB also felt strange afterwards. I then reinstalled the driver, which didn't help. To be on the safe side, I then imported a backup of the PC from a week earlier, after which the problem was solved. Ok, I thought, so it was the driver that somehow came into conflict with LMU and took damage that even a reinstallation didn't fix. Today I had the problem of FFB loss with LMU again. Again a new driver installation did not help, also a new firmware of the base did not help. I was previously on 455 with the right firmware. Then I disconnected the USB cable from the PC once and started the base and even then it only calibrated to the right and stayed there. But the FFB felt normal, after a few more power on and off cycles the base calibrated itself back to the center position. What could be the problem, it doesn't seem to be the software after all, the fact that it worked after the backup was probably just a coincidence because I had to switch the base on again afterwards? Has anyone had this before?
