DD Pro Wheel not working

Hi all, I've had the DD Pro GT7 since 2021. Never had issues until today. Was playing GT7 for an hour and suddenly the wheel (not the motor) blacked out. No lights no button response, no steering. The motor power light stayed on. I then turned it off and back on. The motor turned the wheel as it always does at start up but no lights appeared on the wheel. I've checked all the cables, the connections, power brick, wheel is firmly locked into the motor. Nothing. If I turn the wheel I feel the resistance from the motor, and I can cycle through the its modes, but the wheel is unresponsive. Any ideas as to what's wrong?

Sounds like an issue w the wheel not the base. As to what could be something burnt out, or a bad connection, broken PCB or wire from flexing etc, or some weird electrical glitch. Could be just the display or the whole wheel
