Only use PayPal goods and services. If you don’t, your money is gone for sure. Use eBay or other trusted services. Rule of thumb, if it’s too good to be true, it is.

    That’s true but I’ve been scammed with goods and services payment before, by a lowlife who decided to charge back the funds he sent me after receiving my wheelbase.

    Best option is just to know who is who and ask for proof before paying. Timestamp or whatever! Or sell locally.
