fanatec took my money and is now ignoring me

about 2-3 months ago i ordered something from fanatec but my order didn't get created and my money was lost. after about a month of emailing back and forth i was able to get my money back. and afterwards i decided to give fanatec another chance but i had the same issue. order wasn't created and my money is lost. i have tried emailing them around 5 times but they keep ignoring me. what should i do? do i get a lawyer involved?

    To be honest it is getting insane and it seems to be getting even worse after Corsair took over. I am having serious doubts to not opt for Corsair for most parts of my next PC as this does not reflect well on them.

    yeah but it's a loss on their part. most people are switching to moza as far as i've read. i'll probably be doing that as well
