Shifter no longer works

Recently had my shifter stop working, I have replaced the USB adapter twice with no results, swapped out the RJ cable and every other trick you can find.

Has anyone found a way to get replacement parts from fanatec like the PCB inside the shifter itself?

I'm pretty sure my best option is to just give up on it and learn my lesson about fanatec. It's been weeks with no reply after submitting a ticket about my issue.

Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed in myself for buying USB adapters when I could have bought an Amazon shifter for the same price.

This shifter has costed me $600 in it's short lifetime and there seems to be no support for it

    I just went through 2 brand new ones this year both defective back-to-back in H-pattern mode, they refunded my money after second one, don't understand how a company can keep selling a defective product with such a bad history.
