Little stuff to add to order

I wonder if it would be nice to have some little stuff to add to order. Something like pretty toolbox, little spare parts and so on.. it would be nice to add to shopping cart and have something extra stuff..
The QR2 wall mount was good start!

Why you can't buy spare parts for common things like load cells, sensors, circuit boards, the specialized RJ12 cables with ferrites, just befuddles me.
It's also a common courtesy for those able to replace them without going through the asinine support process.
As far as cables and items like this go. Yes. It's very odd you can't just buy them. They have sent them out to me both free and paid though upon inquiry. But yeah, I thought i'd just be able to add them to my cart and not have to go through Support.
But I don't think any manufacturer is cool with sending out core components through anything other than a support route. I'm sure it's an IP and or supply issue of just having those on hand.
And for merch? I guess they'll do what they think they can sell, but personally my brand allegiance is currently at a level that I wouldn't feel good about even wearing a T-shirt right now.
That might change if they ever release a fully functional software package that properly supports all of the products. But currently I have too many Fanaproducts that have issues that are "on the list" to fix in software updates.
