Clubsport DD+ RMA replacement device not sent for 7 weeks

My broken Clubsport DD+ (RMA/74415 D) arrived at fanatec on the 02.12.24. Since the nothing happened. The order (order number 2056644) in the fanatec system shows "being processed" for straight 7 weeks now. Why is it taking so long to ship out the replacement unit?

    Thank you for the fast answer. I think the ticket number should be 2007756365. I hope that is the correct number.

    The replacement unit arrived today. Suddenly it doesnt recognize my steering wheel. Sometimes it does but most times it doesnt. Even after many restarts the behavior doesnt change. The software is on the latest version. On my DD1 the wheel works without any problems. Do I need to RMA the base again?

    I tried everything to make the base recognize the wheel but it doesnt recognize it at all now. In total it recognized it obly one time since the base arrived at my place. The Fanatec Logo on the wheel shows (so it is getting power) but it is just not getting recognized at all.
