My order is not being processed

I ordered my products at the 2nd of january and havent got any response of my order being processed or looked into. Its been 2 weeks now. I wrote them an email about 5 days ago and no response still. Am I being scammed?

    Hope you are able to look into mine as well.

    Have send a mail to the sales team, and have not recived any updates. Have ordred a Ready2Race bundle 1/1-2025, and have waited for the "CSL Pedals" as many others. If you are able to give me a update on it, that would be great. its also in "The order is in process", and have been like that for a long time (Also before the pedals were in stock).

Can you help me with my pre order please, i buy the csl dd qr2 8nm bundle ready to race the 10rd january, in pre order, the 13rd january the bundle was in stock, now the bundle is " out of stock " but my order is " still in processs " but... i pre order no ??     Hi Marky, I would gladly send you an order number but unfortunately I don’t have one, I also made a forum post about this. The only information I have about my order is “Your order has not been processed yet”.

    if you made order with PayPal, contact thro that, it clearly seems that you have some sort shop error

    I payed via credit card, I also tried to cancel the order yesterday but nothing happened, no confirmation, no nothing.

    My order number 2090211 Was placed 7 days ago and still says processing - when will it ship?

    Also, please make sure I ordered the correct box1 and 2 for the Clubsport GT cockpit in black.

    Thank you for the rapid response you sent me on 1/27/26.

    1) have you confirmed that my order includes box 1 black and box 2 black?? I had some issues wtih the online order tool. I desire black for both boxes. if I have any incorrect part numbers please correct my order details.

    2) Just to clarify....you expect to have in your warehouse all 4 items I ordered on 3/2/25 and you expect to ship to my home in a day or 2 after that? Please clarify or confirm this interpretation.

    I just received a note on 1/29/25 from Lex at Fanatec that the optional PC tray that I also ordered is due to arrive at your warehouse on 2/2/25. It was implied that this is the last item to come on my order. Is this true or is the 2 box chassis still due in the warehouse on 3/2/25?

    I now understand that my total order ship date should be 3/2/25 which will be acceptable but is 9X longer that the advertised promise or 7 days.

    Fanatec now Corsair needs to do a MUCH better job of meeting ship date promises. This is mandatory to thrive in the future.
