My orders have been lost?

Hello, it’s now been some weeks since my purchase and the tracking code is totally stuck, it seems UPS have not received a thing from you.

Sent multiple emails and no answers so far, I spent a total of more than £400 and there’s nothing moving at the moment.

Can I please have some news about my orders?

One of the two is more recent, but the one from the 17th of December?!

I exhort you to improve your customer support service because actually it’s pretty bad.

    i not been usually send them emails about stuff like this.

    but i guess it stuck because they holiday pop up and most likely they was not unable send all out before that.

    not sure if its good idea share your own personal order numbers in public tho

  • Not the first one posting an order ID mate, the thing is that they kind of disappeared.

    As of now it looks like a company with serious problems, all this is clearly reflected in the way they deal with their customers.
