PCARS2 does not see the DD2

I just upgraded my PC with a new processor and motherboard. I had PCARS2 working just fine on my old system but on my new PC system I cant seem to get PCARS2 to see my DD2 with F1 wheel. PCARS2 seems to see my heusinkveld sprint pedals when calibrating the pedals but will not calibrate the wheel though. i checked the steam controllers and disabled everything with no luck. I have set PCARS for fanatec CSW v2.5 and I've tried setting the DD2 with PC and PC COMP modes without any luck. Fanalab sees both DD2 and F1 v2.5 wheel. can anyone help??

Also, double check the in game wheel settings in PCARS2 to ensure the correct profile (Fanatec CSW v2.5) is selected. I suspect the game records the computer ID and USB port ID and other info that would have changed with the hardware you replaced.
You could try Backing up the following file (just in case it doesn't fix and you can restore) and then delete the original and then load up the game to recreate the file and hopefully have it re-detect the DD Gear on the new Motherboard / USB port and finally calibrate and re-setup all the buttons, etc.

My DD1 works fine without being in compatibility mode in PCars and PCars2 as the CSW2.5 Profile in game using any Fanatec drivers in the v455 - 464.
Steam profile for PCARS 2 has controller overide set to "Disable Steam input"
