Podium GT World Challenge Shifters Very Noisy

I recently purchased this wheel and just finished assemlying it. To my surprise the shifters are quite noisy but only after mounting the Podium Button Modue Endurance to the assembly. It seems that it's the PBME what is making all the noise by picking up vibrations and amplifying them.
I made a reddit post where I published a short video of the problem:

Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Yeah, our hobby is noisy. Racing is noisy. My family can hear my Fanatec shifter clunk through the second floor. I even have my sim rig on a thick rubber pad.
There are rubber pads on the APM shifters, check if missing or worn out. You might try putting thin rubber washers between the Podium Hub and the PBME. Doubt it would make much difference.
All I do is the change the car settings to automatic shifting when trying to be quiet.
Tried adding rubber washers in different places but it made no difference at all. I believe the only possible solution would be to change the resonance of the PBME plastic cover somehow. I'll have to look more into it.
If it really bothers you, guess you could take the cover off and fill any empty areas with foam rubber or speaker batting like done on speaker cabinets.
