UPS again... some advice?

Today I was expecting 4 packages from one order via UPS (Germany). All packages arrived Today to last station, but only some went for delivery, because the other had 'wrong address'. Funny because all packages are from same order-address.

In any case, as usual, UPS did not delivery anything. Now they plan for next week all packages and I will be in Holidays. I want they deliver the package to a neighbor, but via website it is not possible (not only Fanatec website has bugs). I sent an email, but I doubt they process the email.

Any similar experience with UPS Germany? How to make they deliver to a neighbor?

If they sent to packet shop can I make a Vollmacht to a neighbor to pick them up?

@FANATEC, please stop to provide deliveries only with UPS. It does not matter how much effort you put in improve, at the end we get bad experience because of them. During Black Friday my packages arrived to Munich within 48hours I needed extra 48 hours to receive all of them. One time the driver gave me one, I told him in UPS website says you have more packages for me in your truck and he told me (literally): "It is possible, but I do not know it. There are many packages and I cannot search for it. If I find other later I will com in the evening". It took extra day for that one.

I have to say that my experience with UPS in the US (though Fanatec uses Fedex here) is much better than that. I've never had any problems with them. The worst thing that happened was that a few times a package was delivered on the next day than it what was originally scheduled, but they always sent a heads up email/text about that. And I've never seen any kind of DGAF attitude from the drivers like the one you described here

  • I have to clarify driver was kind person. He told me that apologizing about it. He was not rude.

I am just surprised about the level of kaos the have: two packages in same track for same house and they are not able to put together.
