Fanatec support isn't helping me with my RMA request

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for help because Fanatec support has not responded to my emails for the past three days. The potentiometer of the load cell on my CSL Elite Pedals V2 has broken (under warranty), and I initially contacted Fanatec support to request a replacement sensor to repair it myself. This seems to be the standard procedure, as confirmed by others who have experienced the same issue.

However, not only did they refuse to send me the replacement sensor and instead asked me to send back the entire assembly, but they provided incorrect information regarding the delivery labels.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance, as I recently ordered a new CSL McLaren Wheel V2 and am eager to start using it.
