Uneven FFB and then No Response on RMA
Two questions for the community:
1. My DD+ is less than a year old and not running at full strength, yet has “soft” FFB when turning 10 to 90 degrees on the right side but fully solid on the left. Clearly a hardware problem but weird motor failure. Anyone had this issue?
2. RMA request isn’t getting any response from Fanatec. Prior responses were quick. This time several days and nothing. Is this a common experience? Doesn’t say much for the whole “don’t worry - Corsair is going to honor warranties and provide stability to customers” because I’m sitting here with $1000 base that is undrivable with like no options.
I am annoyed, and not sure what do, but also wondering if I’m alone in this experience?

I'm annoyed by the lack of communication about FFB problems with my DD+ as well. Opened a support ticket and it's been crickets since. Feels like everyone's out on holidays or something and only some chatbot may reply with a scripted message on any channel that you might try to get in touch with Fanatec. This includes this message board as well
Newest firmware. Newest drivers. Happens in all games. Just started randomly. On PS5 and PC. No response though.
Is this a freak thing or should I just figure out how to get out of this ecosystem fast.
Update: Another day, no response on the RMA request.
Is Fanatec trying to wait out the warranty ending to deny the claim?
When it was a pedal performance damper kit that wasn’t critical for driving and only $70 to replace they were less than 24 hours to “assign one of our agents” but now with a $1000 wheel sitting collecting dust, nothing.
To turn the knife, the Universal Hub showed up today so now I have yet one more piece of equipment sitting that I can’t use.
Thinking to just return what I have in boxes. I thought they were part the super scummy Black Friday type stuff but I guess not. :(

I was in version 4.64 I went back to 4.62 but still the problem of feeling ffb in turns

it was an issue, tried a bunch of cars and games to confirm. Then upgraded firmware and still the same. It’s clearly a motor breakdown.
