I have tried everything, restar pc, wheel base, delete fanatec app, unplug all the ports, and the wheel base is not turning on, and the fanatec app says that the steering wheel not attached to base.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble Cristobal! Let’s try to get this resolved: First, double-check that the wheel is securely attached to the base and that the pins in the quick release are clean and undamaged. If everything looks fine, reconnect the base directly to your PC via USB and open the Fanatec Control Panel. Ensure the firmware for both the base and wheel is up to date. If the base still won’t power on, try a different power outlet or check the power supply for any issues. If these steps don’t help, please contact our support team. They'll provide you with further assistance to get you racing again! 💪
