pedals v3 inverted not recognize

hello sorry for my english im french...

i have problem with my v3 inverted i have no brake, no throttle

my firmware is update when i connect to fantec panel control my pedals doesnt appear same on fanalab

i try connect with my base nothing

i try with rj12 on pc nothing

i think it is cards is out of order

can i buy a new one ?

    I think it's an AI chatbot with a generic answer. No way that could be a real live person writing this

    I noticed in the pic you posted of the control box that both the USB and RJ12 cables are connected to box.

    Did you connect both (USB to PC - RJ12 to wheel base) at the same time?

    If so that is your problem and doing so can damage the controller board rendering the pedals inoperative.

    i never connect usb and rj12 at the same time on pc
