Pedals are broken and Fanatec customer service refuses to help...

So disappointed with Fanatecs Customer service, My pedals are knocking on a bit, I bought them in 2012 and I was after BUYING a new throttle cable and pcba board and cable that are needed to replace the "broken" ones seeing as my pedals are obviously no longer under warranty.

Despite my requests for information to purchase the parts mentioned, all I get from Fanatecs customer service is a request to register the pedals. The pedals dont even show up in my "purchases" list, but they should seeing as I bought the full wheel, wheelbase sand pedal set from Fanatec all at the same time in August 2012.

I've sent them the serial number of the pedals so that they could check my purchase, sent them pictures of the parts I want to buy , but they have been nothing but awkward and unhelpful in handling my case.

Could understand the awkwardness if Fanatec thought that I was trying to blag something for nothing but I'm trying to buy "some parts", not cadge them or trying to get replacement bits for free.

Hang your heads in shame Fanatec, your customer service has been shockingly poor
