CLubsport V3 Throttle not responding

Hey team, I turned my PC on the other day to have a run on I-racing only to find the throttle on my V3s was unresponsive. I swapped the gas and clutch pedals and the gas pedal worked via the clutch, so it must be the control box. Is there a way to fix this problem or do I need a new control box/ pedals. I have cleaned everything firmware is up to date and have raised a ticket with Fanatec support. but it would rather not have to wait 3 weeks for a response, Any help would be greatly appreciated
