RMA Processing time

I have a problem with my DD+ and surprisingly it took Fanatec only 2 weeks to answer (compared to 4 months in another case I had). The Base is just not really turning on due to a problem with the bootloader I guess. The Base arrived at Fanatec on the 02.12.2024. They told me that they will send me a replacement unit after they verified the error. Suddenly nothing happened after they received the base. The order status on the website says that the order is being processed but the status did not change at all after they received the unit. Last time it took only 6 days for the replacement unit to arrive at my house.
Does anybody alese experience the same waiting times for RMA replacement units or did they mess up something in my case?

If the status hasn’t updated or you feel there’s been an unusual delay, we recommend reaching out to our support team again for an update. They’ll be able to provide more clarity on your replacement unit’s progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we’re committed to making this right for you. Best, your Fanatec team.
Thanks for the fast answer. I already contacted them some days ago but it guess it will take another two weeks to receive an answer. Thats very unfortunate because I can not race over the holidays. The base is at fanatec for 18 days now. I think something went wrong.
