Free Shipping not showing up for Canada

Is anyone else's order shipping to Canada still showing delivery costs? I added a CS DD+ and Podium Hub to the cart and it still shows $39.00 for delivery, and an additional $5 for delivery option. I thought it was supposed to be free shipping? This is the only thing holding me back from placing an order 😥
