Fanatec V2 brake pedal rod just broke!!

Hey guys,


My brake pedal rod at the back of the pedal is just completely broken and bent. The set is not even a year old. Personally find this pretty fast!


Does anyone know how best to arrange this with Fanatec. It's pretty hard to get in touch with them. Currently already sent an email to service@fanatec.com but not knowing if this is the right channel.


Would love to hear your experiences with this problem.

    Hey,

    you have to open a ticket!

    in your Account go to your products and select support.

    but don´´t expect any response very soon....

    Hi Roy! If you haven’t already done so, please reach out to our Support Team by logging into your account and clicking on the support button next to your products. Go to "My Account" > "My Products", where you can select the product(s) in question and open a ticket by clicking the "Support" button (if the support ticket is greyed out, make sure to add the product's serial number by clicking on "Add serial number/invoice”).
