Attacking? No, as someone said before probably its because some people made scripts to find the Snowballs codes, increasing the server response (a DDOS attack). It was a bad idea of implementation... but ok, its not my company. Ah, finally i could login in EU-German page but still impossible in EU-English version.
Absolutely, I saw on an Australian forum that 1 person ran these scripts and succesfully ordered using 3 of the 60% codes already (and the promotion has only been going for 4 days!).
I can't even log in to buy 1 x QR2 to take advantage of the free shipping, I hope the free shipping is continued for a while longer.
I also just placed an order for delivery in Germany. The shipping costs are still shown as 6,95€. So either the promotion has already ended (although it is still promoted on the website) or there is an error in the webshop.
Also, I can only log in to my account in English, the German website hasn't allowed me to log in for the past three days.
Would be great if someone from Customer Service could clarify the above issues.

I also placed an order yesterday in Germany Mainland (no island!) and hadn’t the option of UPS Standard, only UPS Express Saver at 6,95€ was available while the banner at the top of the shop said in German language: free shipping ist still available. This was the case the hole Sunday 15th, I’ve tried it several times over the day with deleted browser cache etc and hoped it will be payed back after the buying process but it was still debited and also in the bill listed, so there must be a malfunction of the shop system. Please check the problem and pay back the shipping cost of my order. Thank you in advance and best regards, Ira
You need to wait until it's shipped. And often it appears later than it should be. it's better to register to UPS (or FedEx in the US) app with the same e-mail address and you can see packages.
There was never a date announced until the free shipping is valid. The 15th December is the date for orders to arrive in time for christmas. So everything ordered on the 16th or later is still free shipping but not guaranteed to arrive before christmas anymore.
Because in Germany we only have UPS to choose from and with UPS you are limited to Express delivery. See first post: "Unfortunately, countries that require non-standard delivery options (e.g., exclusively through UPS Express) cannot switch to Standard Delivery and are not eligible for the free shipping offer." -> Germany is apparently one of these countries.
thats a shame though... Fanatec is a german company, offering free shipping as a special and what customers cannot benefit of it... oh yeah the german ones. WTF :D
I ordered a R2R Bundle on Dec 14 or like 1 AM at Dec 15 but i can't see the tracking number yet. I'm not sure it will arrive to me before Xmas to be honest :(
I'm in the same situation, ordered december 14 and still don't have anything on e mail, last time i ordered I got confirmation on the same day that the order got processed, I really wanted it to arrive on time :(
Ordered on the 15th, yesterday I got the tracking info.. The package will be delivered on the 27th.. The delivery in time for Christmas was a empty promise, and Im sure they will blame the transport forwarder, not the fact that my order was sitting in the warehouse for 4 days without any movement.

Just ordered the new GT3 Endurance wheel bundle together with a wheelside QR2 but shipping was charged with 6,95 €.
No way to select Standard Shipping instead of UPS Express Saver here in Germany.
Please correct the charged amount.

Is there any delay in the order processings?
My acquitance made an order yesterday and it is handover to warehouse.
I made an order on Friday at 1am (EU) and it is still not processed.
I can not understand how does this answers my question.

Ordered on the 14th,had an email on the 18th saying it was being prepared for shippment and still no tracking no.

Also why is it everytime i log into my account there is €579.95 worth of products in my shopping basket.
