Black Friday has always been an important time for us here at Fanatec, offering experienced racers and new users a great opportunity to pick up amazing deals on top-notch kit, even if we do say so ourselves. Last year, we’ll freely admit, we fell short of our own expectations and struggled to ship orders in a reasonable time frame, and we are sorry for this. Challenges with our ordering systems, stock levels, and shipping meant we didn’t deliver when it mattered most.
We’ve learned from last year’s issues and have been hard at work ensuring that Black Friday this year has run much, much smoother. In fact, as of right now, We are delighted to announce that we’ve shipped all orders placed during the Black Friday period (November 26th to December 2nd) that were not, or are not, on preorder. While we won’t go into exact figures, we’re talking about thousands of orders, if we put them side by side you’d get a fair few laps in Yas Marina Circuit complete! These shipped across Europe, Australia, Japan, and the US.
This has only been possible thanks to a substantial reorganization of some of our core systems, combined with the continued hard work of the Fanatec and CORSAIR teams. We remain committed to improving customer service and satisfaction, and fulfilling these orders promptly is fundamental to what we do. This dedication to reliably and quickly fulfilling orders will continue through 2025 and beyond.

Hello, ticket created for order issues and pending response, was really looking forward to setting everything up soon. Ordered a Gran Turismo DD Pro bundle and only received the DD Pro base. Missing the wheel and CSL pedals that comes in bundle. Ticket #2007940263. If you may assist it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Correction, you have NOT SHIPPED ALL ORDERS FROM THAT TIME FRAME.
Myself & other forum members ordered Handbrake 2.0s on Dec. 2nd, immediately after its 2am release.
Today is Dec. 11. My order (#2056312) for Handbrake 2.0 still has NO TRACKING NUMBER.
I made an inquiry yesterday but have received no response.
I love Fanatec but please provide an update.

Same Issue here... I ordered my v2 Handbrake within an hour of release, and have yet to receive shipping information. Reached out through the form on site, but nothing yet. Hoping for at least some kind of response / communication soon, but feeling more and more dejected every day with no response.
UPDATE: FedEx is preparing a package from Endor, so I think my HB2.0 is on it's way.
I expect it will be updated in Fanatec's order page soon.
Ditto... I got shipping notification early this morning, so looks like Fanatec is resolving this one.
