Inconsistent Bundle Pricing

This is just feedback in a hope for Corsair and Fanatec to do better.

I cannot believe how ridged the structure of their bundles are - live example

Point 1. Take the Bundle below, attractive deal, €1,199.90 for all those bits - good job

Price that up with the DD+ (the only change), €369.90 is the difference when in reality prior to today, there was a €200 uplift in base, today €50 since their 15% offer.

It makes no sense in either situation pre or post offer.

I highlighted the above to them, when you price up either base with a wheel you want outside of any of these bundles there are illogically expensive by comparison and there are other examples to which someone at Fanatec or Corsair should try to be a customer and unpick this.

Point 2. There is also no reason for them to charge a premium on their QR2 when it is abundantly clear this is the Fanatec 'standard' and has been for 12 months. Any customer purchasing a ClubSport DD or DD+ wheel base and selecting a wheel should not be subject to an additional cost (there is only one wheelbase in their line up available not with QR2). They change an eco system after the previous was inferior and expect new customers to pay when there is no other option to mount.

Point 3. If you try and make a DD and Formula 2.5X wheel, and of course QR2 bundle, it comes out more expensive than the ClubSport Racing Wheel F1® bundle, for a wheelbase with 3nm less.

Logical bundle creation is a frustration as there is no logic. These are not scuff controllers at €160, these are an expensive investment of post tax income.

I have just cancelled an order for the reasons above and I'm now pondering - From a product point of view, I think they are fantastic - my response from customer service was simply non existent.

    Yeah, same thinking from me. I was looking at an option of different wheel to bundle up, but have just one option with discounted quick releas QR2, as for my bundle full price would be applied.

    I know mate now they effectively suggest that F1 wheel is 450 as they have discounted the DD+ base but it doesn't match up with any bundle
