Pedal plate rubber fix?

I've had my CSL pedals for a good bit now and when they came the part where the rubber was "glued" or sticking to kinda deformed or smthing and the rubber still constantly goes off, I can barely have my pedals sticking to the ground or the rubber staying in place, anyway to fix it?

    you could mount pedals to the rig with bolts and then they not move around, as like i understand they are not mounted for you

    i not know tho what pedal issue you talk exactly. any image would be good

    Haven't been here for awhile but I'm talking about this, it's all loose and the tape where the rubber sticks too came from factory all messed up
