Wheel is stuck to wheel base.
My wheel rim is stuck to the quick release (QR1) on my wheel base DD1. The golden nut is all the way loose and normally I would just push the spring and slide the wheel off. No matter how much force I apply the wheel is not coming off. Any tips?

So I screwed off the wheel and it seems the 'golden part' of the the QR1 is stuck in the metal QR wheel side.
Finally got it removed. There is a slight rough edge on the golden part next to the rubber ring of the QR1 wheel base side that is eating into the QR1 wheel side. So it looks like I need to replace my QR1 on the wheel base to make sure I do not damage my other steering wheels. Anyone know if these are available somewhere?
why not just use the QR2? its different and way better one
my DD2 have the QR2 and i not regret not a single bit for owning that
Because if I need to replace the QR base side and all my wheel side QR's I might as well just move to another brand as it will be about the price of a new base/wheel. So just selling all the Fanatec stuff and getting something new might be financially more appealing.
yeah, that is a problem if user have allot steering wheels
for example if user have 10 steering wheels it self go over 1000 euros already, its little bit too much for simple quick release
they like import stuff from china but that cost as well, sometimes its cheaper just own small factory
