CSL DD QR2 (8 Nm) not working, power button off, no lights and no input

Good morning Fanatec team,

I received a CSL DD QR2 (8 Nm) base from you 1 month ago.

Yesterday I came back from work, connected the base via USB to my PC, plugged in the power supply and pressed the power button.

Steering wheel turn a little bit and then stops. Meanwhile, the power button gives no light (red, yellow or blue).

My PC (with latest Fanatec driver update) don't detect the steering wheel. I also unistalled the drivers and reinstalled, nothing changed: when I try to turn on the CSL DD the steering wheel turns a little bit and the power button remains off.

I tried to press for 10 seconds the power button: nothing happen (no blue light)

I switched electrical socket, nothing changed.

The power supply has the correct blue light.

I am so sad that after only one month my CSL DD stopped working properly. I've always wanted to have one and now that I have it, its not working.
