New DD+ Not working properly! (Help)

Hello Team Fanatec,
I ordered a DD+ from you, the base arrived with faulty software.
All drivers are up to date. the steering reacts with a delay, and when I go into the sluice, e.g. Gt7 or F1, the whole game hangs. With my dd Pro everything works as it should!
After I wanted to update my F1 2.5X steering wheel on the new base, that no longer works, the firmware is set to 0. Please urgently help, the base and the steering wheel have to be returned and repaired or replaced by you.
I couldn't drive for a minute, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I ask for quick help!
