Hello there Jeroen! based on your description, it sounds like the issue might be related to either the wiring or the connection of the pedals to your CSL DD. Here are some steps to help troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Reconnect the Pedal Set
      • Ensure the pedal cable is securely connected to the CSL DD base. Check for any visible damage to the cable or connectors.
    2. Firmware Update
      • Verify that your CSL DD base and pedals are running the latest firmware.
      • You can download the latest Fanatec Driver Package from our website: Fanatec Downloads.
      • After downloading, install the driver and update all connected devices via the Fanatec Control Panel.
    3. Calibration Check
      • Open the Fanatec Control Panel and navigate to the Pedal Calibration section.
      • Ensure all pedals register their full range of motion during calibration.
    4. Testing Alternate Connections
      • Since swapping the brake and clutch worked, this suggests the pedals themselves are fine. Try connecting the pedal set to a different compatible device or directly via USB (if applicable, with the ClubSport Pedals USB Adapter).
    5. Contact Support
      • Lastly, if the issue persists, please contact our Support Team. Provide details of the issue and steps already taken for troubleshooting.

Feel free to share any updates or additional questions! Best, your Fanatec team.
