Clubsport Formula V2.5X stuck on update

I have a CSL DD 8nm and while i was playing, a window with firmware update flashed and it got stuck before it could make it to the end. It is recognised as Formula V2 and it just cant get updated. I waited 4 months and now this thing just gets bricked? Should i ask for my money via PayPal back? I have opened a ticket (2007748242) but i will probably get ignored and i will end up selling the whole base. Is there anyway to flash a firmware somehow or do i have to send the wheel back to fanatec and wait some more months till it gets fixed? I made the 462 update and it destroyed it... I tried reverting to old versions but it didnt do nothing. What do i do?

for some reason my V2.5 started show as well as V2 not sure what is up for this thing
because i'm kind off sure that i buy v2.5 not the v2
The V2.5 is essentially a V2, just with magnetic paddles by default. The rest of the hardware and also the firmware is the exact same, therefore EVERY Formula V2 variant, including the V2.5 ones, are recognized by the driver as a V2 as it simply can not differentiate the models as they are internally the same.
did you get the same problem? is the wheel bricked or is it working normally?
i not tested yet with my CSL DD
but i have already latest v2.5 firmware installed from older updates
I have also been struggling since the 462 update. I get intermittent button failure. In other words, the buttons occasionally do not do anything when pressed. This is especially disruptive with gear shifts.
I have reinstalled several times. I have reset the base side QR2. I have tightened all the bolts. Still getting the problem. My other wheel, the basic F1 Esports Formula wheel, works fine but, of course, will not work on Xbox.
Download 452 driver
uninstall fanatec driver package
install 452 driver
flash wheel base firmware back to default
no more missed inputs on clubsport2.5
drove me mad for a week
the problem seems to be the latest firmware for the wheel base.
