Is there any chance that it coming any time tho the people who did buy it in the early days I can’t still not update my wheel it’s not a big problem but i hope I can update my wheel in some time there is a new update in the driver but I have no cable that fits .

    I received an email last week that said they were going to contact the warehouse to see if they can finally get this going. It's the most direct response i have received so far and I am hoping it has something to do with the recent CEO interview on Boosted where he was promising some resolution.

    As a note. My wheel is out of warranty. I still don't have my cable.

    I am going to wait until the end of the week, before i ask for another update through the email. Many of the responses I have received up to this point are months apart.

    After seeing someone on facebook posting a link cable with the QR2 end I have email Fanatec US and see they can send over that new cable so I can update my M4 wheel without changing the adaptor back to the QR1 and do that update. But of course their response is telling me to do the driver update, window update and all the other update including the USB port update but not going to tell me there is a link cable with QR2 end so I can update my M4 wheel wtihout changing it back to QR1.

    The key is, it does not work on the old cable with the QR1 which I did it last week, converting back to the QR1 adaptor and do the update and the USB and driver doesn't seems to connect for whatever reason. My computer is running the latest WIN 11 and I have update everything software wise that I know including all the Fanatec driver....still, not working. Still using the old verion 8 and I have seen this version 9 update since early this year (2024).

    I don't know what else I can do....or may be the version 9 update is not that important. But it is kinda disappointed there is a software update that I cannot get for a $1600 USD wheel.

    P.S. this pictures owner is from Germany and he said the tech support over there is over the top good. I wish the US side is just as good.
