Rally module died

After installing Drive version 462, the base motor was requested to be updated, which occurred normally, and the Module Rally Monte Carlo was subsequently requested to be updated. 

During the update an error was indicated and after that my system no recognizes the Monte Carlo Rally Module

My rally module died and I'm inconsolable, I opened a ticket more than 3 weeks ago, still no response. 

Does anyone have a solution?

I'm Brazilian and I live in Brazil, it's so difficult to get items and products for the simulator here. 

I had to ask someone to bring it to me, when I traveled to the USA, I'm desperate and would like help.

Unfortunately not. Fanatec contacted me after I opened a ticket. But they still haven't sent it to me or responded about the solution.

They sent me a solution, but it really doesn't make any sense, they tell you to go back to the software driver, but it doesn't really work.
