I've been dealing with this problem for three days now, and my patience is wearing thin—it's just terrible. The base and steering wheel keep disconnecting multiple times each day while I'm playing iRacing. The issue gets temporarily resolved by reinstalling the driver, but after a while, the Fanatec Control Panel stops recognizing the device again. I don’t know how to fix this, and Fanatec's customer support may take a long time to respond.

    does it happen with other steering wheel?

    Is the base losing connection to the PC, or the wheel the connection to the base? It's not really clear in your text.

    If it is the 2nd, are you using the QR1 or QR2, and lite or metal?
