Order not confirmed after 20 days -Order 2021483
Dear Fanatec Team.
I'm a customer from EU . The above order was placed on 24th September . 20 days after and still the payment is not confirmed despite I have sent the proof of transfer and got the confirmation from my bank that everything was completed within 2 days from the transfer . The transfer was made as per your instructions to the "Endor AG" for EU countries .
Despite that 10 days ago I received another email that my payment is not received yet ( 1st reminder) and that I have to complete that to the Corsair Memory ,Inc which is for the US Customers I would assume .
All those while I have completed my transfer since 26 th September .

I'm personally little confused about this,
since 16 September it should be under Corsair but same time,
everywhere is still the Endor AG logos and stuff
in that page there thy type some-sort agreement, so not fully understand what is really happening
