Since July waiting for an answer from support
My clubsport DD+ bricked in the middle of july, opened a ticket, 3 weeks later received a generic e-mail to send a video.
sent the video in the 2nd of august, and since then no reply.
what can i do?

depends what is broken, you just could self replace the burn out transistor or you just could wait till the corsair customer support finally steps in
currently looks like they have some issues with outside eu

I dont know what is it.
from one day to another, doesn’t calibrate when turn on, doesn’t change mode, and dont turn off.
when pluged to a pc, is in update mode, but doesnt update, i have to disconnect the power to turn it off.
i tried a lot of things, different drivers, with and without wheel, etc.
I am in europe.
its weird issue really. because it does show that connection is made to base, it even show update request response is ok
maybe we dealing here wrong speed what corrupts the data, i not really know that part

i know that too fast speed may corrupt data, but i just not know if that is a case in here.
i think speed is possible change in device manager. but i'm not fanatec worker so i cant promise if that would work
the big problem here, is nobody from fanatec answer me to send my base for repair.
Try to contact the support team that you have claimed a RMA ticket but no one answer it.
you could try connect your base with usb hub to your pc. if you have any.
there is also small change that there could be some sort EMI issue

What you mean outside eu. In Australia getting no replies regarding organized refunds. Nothing happens. Outside eu problem?
well, i read that some us users seems face same issue. they just either return package or not answer at all.
it could be inside eu aswell, but fanatec self are eu company. so at there may come answers faster
i think it durns normal at point when Corsair takes over the support
you could also try fully uninstall all the drivers and install again, if you not todo that already
if you guys still not understand Endor AG is kaput, Corsair owns now the fanatec
Country specific I mean. Yeh I know Endor AG is no more but who is looking after other countries? ie. support as in Australia. Isn't Corsair managing Fanatec brand support world wide? Seems like the bad support in the past hasn't changed. If not who do we contact. Seems like support is not home any more.
if you looking a refund, you may need contact with someone else. like local defend or something like this who is dealing those stuff

Yes Allan. Very messy. Very messy indeed. The wheelbase was returned faulty. Last message was they were refunding the wheelbase and shipping. Never have. They were to inform where to send the other products in the order. Never have. So who is the point of contact now. Corsair or Fanatec. If someone legal who do they contact and how?
if you want refund , you may need contact someone else like bank or something, Corsair fill not give you refund, forget it.
Corsair tell that they will deal with a warranty stuff, so they may fix that for you. but when i not know
if you contact them before 16 September, you to need contact them again. because that is a day when Corsair take over
Way before then. August 2 day after delivery when the wheelbase broke. Either way I'm owed a refund on the entire order or they owe me a Clubsport DD+ because that was sent back at their request and I've got neither the wheelbase or refund. So at this stage it's stolen.
If the worse case happens and I can't get a refund I'm owed a new wheelbase.
Corsair is not Endor AG, so they self not give you refund for product what you buy from Endor AG,
however they tell that they are dealing with warranty stuff, but they not need send you totally new product, they can just also repair your old one
Well then Corsait is responsible if not for refund then repair or replace. But no one has said that to me. They just choose to ignore emails. Meanwhile the base has gone back and nothing followed up by anyone. At this stage I'd be happy just to get a wheelbase back and sell the lot. Fed up with them all and buy another brand.
you need send them message again, because its not fully Corsair business what was happened inside Endor AG self
I have emailed them with the option to replace the wheelbase they have of mine. Just get an automatic reply. Maybe it's received.

Actually I suspect the previous customer support doesn't exist any more, as no one on Facebook groups or forums are getting any reply's.
Invoices for purchases look to be coming from Corsair now. So maybe support will too. If so how do you contact them. No email.
Not true what you are saying support team answer my mail in 3 days so they actually exist.

It was before 16 September but answer was after 16
Mmm you maybe just made it in time. In my case refund applied for first week in August for the entire order. Reply mid way through August. Last reply was September 13 when they were to send a refund for the faulty base. The other products in the same order as the wheelbase I was to receive a seperate email with the details where to send. I never received that email after contacting them numerious times.
