GT DDPro issues, base shunts down when connecting wheel

Gents,
I’m very disappointed that after not even using the wheel for 10 hours , I run in to issues, paid a lot of money and now I can’t use it.
the following happened, during gaming on my ps5 it suddenly disconnected , while doing nothing strange and using the wheel with tlc
connected it to my pc , the base works but as soon as I connect the wheel , it shuts down , the led on the power button goes from red to green.
ive tried the base clamp , firmware but nothing so far.
its still under waarenty but your website is not showing any form of contact by phone , yes a German number with a message and that’s all
please advice !

green? green is for xbox so it would not work in pc, you may need push the power button again for turn it to red
You need to go on the section “my products” and then from there you can click on “support” and from there on is straight forward 😊
