RMA Turnaround time
Hey guys, just wanted to share my RMA experience. It actually hasn’t been good but there’s no point in being mad at people who work there but here is the update. Sent in my wheel base August 13th. Seen Fanatec made a new order with new wheelbase on August 20th (without a tracking number). As of now (September 16th) I still haven’t got any news. I really hope this is only in my case but just sharing my experience, like I said I’m not mad at anyone who works here but I’m still really disappointed in the customer service I’m receiving.

it can change in some point, probably need wait little longer when this all Corsair stuff merged with fanatec company.
only what i know atm is that Corsair would continue give warranty support for fanatec customers, it just may take time
