At least they said that they maintain close contact with the player community, so perhaps they could start monitoring this forum as well and consider taking suggestions for improvements from those who have been following this from the customer's perspective from the very beginning.
I dont think Corsair will drop the name, its already well know, even if its for the wrong reasons, I think they will change the retail model though, and stop all this direct stuff, and go into stores and online retailers. More product might be a drop in quality, but I guess if so they will have to deal with that up on warranty. It will also mean dealing with market forces, and have more sales, rather than just black friday.
But before all that, they need to build confidence in the brand, and that will mean shipping product, and dealing with warranty issues in a timely manner, what has gone on before with Endor was terrible from some of the stories I have read on this very forum, and reddit. Also, new product, new wheels, haptic pedals perhaps?, that kind of thing. everything on here looks stale, very stale.
I was watching him on YT and my Girlfriend who has a legal background and knows nothing about Fanatec and simracing said he was talking a load of S?@T!!!
I discovered the joys of Read Aloud. Now if there's some sort of legal jargon or a wall of text I need to get through, I let the A.I. read it to me. It's a way better alternative than playing a Kireth video. Speaking of which, just to see if he at least attempted to fix his crap, I listened to his video on Corsair finalizing the deal. He claimed that he read the news on EQS and that he was "reporting" the facts. Then the fool said "Fanatec was liquidated"... 🤣🤣🤣
Um... Yeah. Don't watch Kireth! Wait for just about anybody else.
Since the announcement that Corsair is taking over Fanatec, many comments have been going around the net. Many probably want to switch. What do you think? Do you also want to switch now?
Comments
Fanatec have big name, similar like McDonald's
i'm kind off sure that they would keep it but it's they decision really
also if talk about the McDonald's
i recommend to look movie called "The Founder"
Yes, confirmed by Corsair in a press release yesterday.
Elgato is still Elgato. It's just sold everywhere. I assume they will do the same with Fanatec.
i really hope before they go mass market, they fix all the small issues what fanatec been face, it could be turn into catastroff if they not todo this

New forum software would also be welcome.

shipping the product is not a problem at all if they go mass market.
there are already professional dealers who are responsible for such things
we talking at here stuff what people could start already buy from some local shop
they may still sell some stuff directly only from they webpage tho because send everything the mass is pointless
Kireth is a guy who take info from difference sources and mix them all together in he youtube channel,
all those stuff are possible also read self but majority people not bother, so at there he gets his viewers and hoping get some money from youtube
he not really differ much from other guys at youtube because they all are there for only one thing
