Which Lab Version?
If it's already latest 2.01.45 then it is very likely a hardware connection issue, not fixable via Software as our devs did everything they could to solve any kind of connection issues from the Software side without any more room for improvements.
dd base itm and steering wheel itm don't work at same time?
that is only thing what i notice at this video
if they are not designed work together then it could be a firmware/drivers glitch and not hardware
because in video there is also possible see that after he made reconnect, it started show other table in DD base
I never have issues or LEDs freezing on my formula V2 wheel. Only on the pbme.
I'm on the latest drivers and latest lab too.
formula V2 does not have itm, i have odd feeling that this issue may come from firmware,
it could be that it may need automatically close itm for base if steering wheel have itm as well.
in your video it was clearly see in background that base itm not worked at all
That's interesting. Indeed it could be a conflict with dd2 base and the pbme. I might try disable the itm on the base and see if it changes the outcome here.
Maurice, would this be a possibility.?
I had another freeze last night and this did not affect the wheelbase ITM screen.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
It seems to be a hardware issue with the USB cable or the USB port of the Hub I would guess.
have you try older drivers, firmware?
Just an update on this. I was using my Formula V2 today in LMU and mid race I noticed the ITM feed on the DD2 wheelbase screen had frozen. The steering wheel LEDs and all buttons continued to work.
While the PBME has its LEDs and buttons integrated so it freezes the entire thing. I am starting to think this issue relates to the ITM software programing?
One other thing I think I noticed was that this seems to happen when I have simhub running? Or, to put another way, I cannot remember these freezes while simhub was not running...although this could be a coincidence.
Simhub and FanaLab running in parralel is definitely too much, yes.
