After one year, I was order again a steering wheel and I be impresionante whit the perfect communication. Nice job fanatec team.

My first order was an horrible experience, fanatec apology to me and the products were perfect.

This time, the communication and the delivery time were perfect, like a pros.

Awesome job, ty for do it.

    Try contacting support. Takes months to get an answer. Or fixing firmware/software bugs and problems which aren't solved for years.

  • They may be Ok if you are giving them money. Terrible customer service if you want help from them and you have an issue. Nothing has changed still waiting for a reply nearly two week

  • Support has gone very quiet at the moment. They were in contact but now nothing. They have the defective wheelbase but I still have the remainder of the order for a refund. Not sure if that will ever happen. They've probably all left. LOL.
