No confirmation on created support ticket

Created a support ticket on a new DD+ wheelbase that wont turn on. Other than on the website I've received no message or email confirmation that it was received. Days or weeks go past before I find out it was never received. Please send again. This is a new out of the box item together with other Fanatec gear. Sent an email yesterday the generic reply back was "Due to a significant increase of traffic on our website, we are receiving more inquiries than usual. It may take our agents 3-5 days to get back to you."

Very close to sending the lot back.

  • Put in a return and refund request today for everything in the large order. I did get a confirmation from that saying that I could add anything extra by replying to the email. I did reply with a couple of comments. The confirmation this time was "Due to a significant increase of traffic on our website, we are receiving more inquiries than usual. It may take our agents 3-5 days to get back to you. We're working hard to keep your wait to a minimum and thank you for your patience in the meantime". What a joke this company is.

    my wheel base has been sent in 3 times for the same problem wasnt fixed and been without it for 8 months now im out over $200 in repairs

  • Support has gone very quiet at the moment. They were in contact but now nothing. They have the defective wheelbase but I still have the remainder of the order for a refund. Not sure if that will ever happen. They've probably all left. LOL.
