SAV. after sales service

  • Good morning,

  • In February I received my gt dd+ extreme to play on PS5 to GT7. I had to contact after-sales service who responded 1 month later to tell me that it was a firmware problem, or GT7.

  • Now I'm on PC iracing and F1 24 but the same problems come back: freezing of the base and disconnection of the LEDs.

  • The firmware and PS5 excuse no longer holds because everything is up to date.

  • Now the after-sales service no longer responds. my email of 07/16 in support response
  • Support Request Received 358804 CRM:000000700522175 is still unanswered

  • Today I have a defective device from the start which is under warranty but Fanatec does nothing WHAT TO DO?

  • Starting a procedure from Europe is possible ?
  • I don't know what to do anymore.

    It is an issue with the firmware. The disconnects/crashes of the wheelbase have not been resolved yet in the most recent firmwares.

    • Nothing has been finalized for 6 months. How to get a refund then because there is obvious deception.
    • I don't understand the silence. I'm not the only one, you shouldn't sit around doing nothing, it's literally theft.
    • My product is new and for 6 months it has not worked and we should be content with it!!!!!!


  • Sadly, the company is broke, there is nothing going on in support, there is no new firmware being written, there is no new drivers. They are just selling trying to sell off the remaining stock before closing completely. Corsair it would appear owns the patents and rights, so the company is of no worth to anyone else. its a dire place we find our self involved with. I just pray every day that my equipment doesnt break, its less than 6 months old, and the warranty is worthless. I have firmware updates being offered that Im too scared to install. Wish I purchased something else, but that was my bad for not looking into the company before I purchased. I just hope that someone will see this before pulling the trigger on a system purchase, and go elsewhere. I dont really hold Corsair in high reguard either.
