Monte Carlo Wheel Delays

On March 11 2024 I placed an order for the Monte Carlo wheel combo which had an expected ship date of May 27. On May 22nd I received an email stating my order was being processed. Then online in my products it showed my warranty period had BEGUN ON May 22. Fast forward almost a month later the wheel combos show in stock and that they ship in 4 to 7 days yet I still have not seen tracking info for my wheel nor have I received it. Main question is how the hell do I get a hold of anyone? I have tried submitting a sales contact email but I always just get an automated reply in return. I also cannot open a support case because it is greyed out since I have not received the product.

I would try to make a general request and not a product-related one. This should not be grayed out in the customer account.
